I’m originally from Southern Louisiana and have spent most of my life immersed in the art of storytelling—seeking to understand and express the human experience through both nonfiction and fiction. I earned my B.A. in English and Nonfiction Writing and wrote for Willamette Week, a Portland-based newspaper. I shifted my focus to fiction later, dedicating years to honing my craft in screenwriting.

While living in L.A., I cultivated a rigorous yoga and meditation practice that deepened my resilience and compassionate presence. I also studied Nonviolent Communication, which continues to shape how I relate — with honesty and care.

My relentless curiosity, warmth, and commitment to growth are the heart of how I support clients. I’m currently pursuing my M.A. in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University.

In 2026, I’ll begin a year-long counseling internship working with faculty at the University of Colorado Boulder.

In working together, I draw from my creative and contemplative background to help you explore the stories you carry. I believe in the healing power of authentic connection and rewriting the stories that no longer serve you.
