I’m originally from Southern Louisiana and have spent most of my life immersed in the art of storytelling—seeking to understand and express the human experience through both nonfiction and fiction. I earned my B.A. in English and Nonfiction Writing and wrote at Willamette Week, a Portland-based newspaper. I shifted my focus to fiction later, dedicating years to honing my craft in screenwriting.

While living in L.A., I cultivated a rigorous yoga and meditation practice that deepened my resilience and compassionate presence. I studied Nonviolent Communication which sharpened my self-awareness and engagement with others through clear and respectful communication.

My relentless curiosity, care, and commitment to growth have always guided me and are the heart of how I support clients. I’m currently pursuing my M.A. in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University.

Today, I bring my background — creative, contemplative, and relational — into my work with guiding clients. I believe in the healing power of authentic connection and the stories we carry and create.
